On the 23 March 2013 at the University of Exeter (near London) was held the Spring Conference of the UK Independence Party UKIP, which is expected to be the forerunner of the European elections next year.

The first meeting in Kardzhali on the occasion of Elections 2013 will be held at the monument of Vasil Levski on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. It is organized by PROUD (People for Real, Open and United Democracy) led by MEP Slavi Binev.

Slavi Binev, accompanied by the Co-Chair of the union- Polly Karastoyanova, the Secretary General- Slavi Georgiev and many supporters submitted to the Central Election Committee the documents of PROUD for registration and participation in elections on 12 May.
