11/06/2009 - www.novatv.bg - CECEP announced the names of the new MEPs Late last night the Central Election Commission of European Parliament (CECEP) announced the final results of the elections held on Sunday, the won mandates and the names of the new Bulgarian MEPs.

Emblem is winner with 24.36 percent support. It receives five mandates with which in the European Parliament will enter Rumiana Jeleva, Vladimir Urutchev, Iliana Ivanova, Emil Stoyanov and Maria Nedelcheva.

Four mandates receives Coalition for Bulgaria with 18.5 percent. To Brussels and Strasbourg are going Ivaylo Kalfin, Iliyana Iotova, Christian Vigenin and Evgeni Kirilov.

The third political force is MRF with 14.14 percent and three MEPs – Filiz Husmenova, Vladko Panayotov and Metin Kazak.

ATAKA’s result is 11.96%, and two Members of the European Parliament - Dimitar Stoyanov and Slavcho Binev.

NMSS also receives two seats - Meglena Kuneva and Antonia Parvanova. The result of NMSS is 7.96%. Their advantage before the "Blue coalition" is only a hundredth of a percent or 329 votes. However, the "Blue coalition" sends to Strasbourg only the leader of the leaves Nadezhda Mihailova.

Party Leader receives 5.7 percent of electoral votes and doesn’t overcome the barrier from 5.88% to obtain a place in the European Parliament. OLJ receives 4.67 percent, the movement "Next" - 2.25%.

The other participants on the elections on Sunday have resulted under 1%.
