Today, 15.02.2012, Wednesday, in the European Parliament in Strasbourg the MEP Slavi Binev organizes seminar on the program "Chess in School". The seminar was attended by President of the European Chess Union, Silvio Danailov and the chess legend Garry Kasparov. At the international gymnastics tournament in Miami, USA the competing in club "Levski" Elena Bineva took third place in the uneven battle with women gymnasts category. The 12-years old Elena competed in junior girls category, which makes her success even more significant. Eli, who is in the United States together with her coach Nikolina Kurteva took third place with two medals from the multiple competition.
Gymnasts, who attended the tournament, were from Russia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Canada, England, and USA.

On 5 December Binev hosted a working dinner with the world most famous Grand Master and political activist Garry Kasparov. The dinner was also attended by Jan Kalevart, CEO “Option”and cofounder of the of the European office of Kasparov Chess Foundation and Jan Pote, specialist in marketing and communications in the foundation.
